$10 House Fee Increase

Has anyone noticed the $10 HF increase at many places, from .6 to .7? Let's say normal traffic at one place is 10 visits a day, that's $100 a day, or $2,800 for the month of February. That alone pays for a typical monthly rent at a lot of places. Not bad. And if it's 15 to 20 visitors a day, which is certainly possible at some places, it translates to $5,000 or more extra a month. Nice.

Central Pa is 0 to 8 visits per day…. Definitely a warranted increase.

I’ve not seen an increase in higher end agency prices…yet. Except for some J shops in NYC.

I must frequent lower end agencies, because I've seen increases there
