Yeah an std clinic next door makes more sense. I remember a spa in nyc sharing a building with an STD office. It was on the ground floor, nondescript space. Go up the steps and you have several doctors offices including an STD one.

there are FH in almost every larger city but they are very much UTR. A buddy of mine owned a pizza place near Somerset and had workers from New Brunswick in the back. We use to always talk about this with them, they knew of at least 4 or 5 houses but you don't get in unless you are known in the neighborhood or come with someone who is. He took us one time to one of them, it was in a basement of a house down an back alley - some pretty hot younger girls were there at that time. Downside was there was an armed dude on site who answered the door and was obviously in charge. Glad for the experience at the time but not something I would likely do again. I could easily see how things could go very wrong...
