It depends on the level of services provided. Ignore the four hand fee. What would the customary tip be for the service you received if there was just one provider present? Once you have that, give it to each provider. If one did much more than the other, you can certainly tweak both amounts a bit to compensate for that. A $60 tip for EACH provider would be reasonable for some service levels but very low (or even a bit high) for others. A $60 tip to be shared between both providers would be way to low in just about every circumstance.
I get the second house free all the time, with this deal that’s basically

3. If another customer comes and no girl is avail, the second girl bounces to the other customer if she wants. I tip her for the time she’s with me, but add consideration for what part she’s there for.

I'm taking one room. I'm really only taking one girl, because the other can go as soon as another customer comes. There is no angle to say the business isn't getting their cut. It's taking a girl who would be sitting around doing nothing and giving her money. The only places that say no to this are 2 person shops where they want someone right at the desk to bring customers in. I've done it 100 times and girls are happy.

If I bring it up, sometimes full price times two. But they have to try - but easily talked down.
If they bring it up, always heavily discounted. I usually let them bring it up.
If u ask who’s working and act like u can’t decide and two are available they often bring it up.
At full service, I’ve brought it up to Saigon once and they wanted two house fees, I didn’t pull the trigger but plan on it soon there.

One Bill for the house fee on one hour four hands is typical, if their one hour is normally $50, and not bad if it's usually more per hour.

Remember - the tip is dependent on the quality of service received. For a good therapeutic one hour massage, I tip $20 per provider. As the quality of service improves I go up from there. If it's awful, I will likely tip less so they know they screwed up. Don't forget, in some of these places the provider gets very little to none of the house fee. If you're provider is working for tips only, then stiffing them is not good; even if the service was that bad.

The X factor in my tipping for 4 hands, is how much the girls interact and play with each other. Some 4hands can be pretty quiet at the end. The girls work together but don’t talk much. Sometimes the girls talk dirty to each other, do something of a play by play. The best are when the girls start kissing, or more. That’s when my tip goes way up.
