Not sure if you’re new but because you asked about FB and SA, I assume you are relatively somewhat.
And if you care to know, EBK is widely accepted to be the gutter of all K-orgs. Just thought I’d share so that you don’t ask “why didn’t anyone warn me about this org?”

I'd rate EBK above KL.. not that that means much.
I’ve asked girls why none of the new young ones (esp the new ones straight from Korea that doesn’t know east bay from Gangnam) work in Emeryville and they commonly referred to EBK as an org the girls don’t trust either. Apparently, EBK’s treatment of customers is no different in how they treat the girls, too.
Makes sense to me, they have higher rates but talent wise, it’s the bottom of the gutter and it’s almost like a c-org in that the girls are only there for 5-10 days max.
It’s the leathered skin veterans that rotate through there.

I have no problem with EBK's PO(s), the guy PO always gives me the real run down, but the lady PO always lies, but the good news is that the lady PO is out as 2/28, EBK is now run by new owners from LA as of 3/1, I am planning my appt soon with Sery, and maybe Jiwon the squirts. I personally rate EBK over KL, KL bait and switched too much and I only go there if EBK is fully booked,
Anyhow, how does “new ownership” work? Why would someone buy an org that is notoriously bad-has a horrible reputation? In acquisitions, there’s always some sort of edge that the buyer will be benefiting from...e.g. unique product, patents, good reputation-history, strong brand, etc.
With EBK, what could they possibly be getting??? The “product” isn’t theirs and it’s constantly rotating, location is in a seedy area.
Why not just create a “new” one? Haul in all of the young hot talent.
From my exp, the dude seems bi-polar, one day he’s like your homie telling you so and so is legit pretty and the next day if you ask how’s the new girl (after already seeing his other girls based on his recs previously) he’ll be like “are you going to ask a million questions or book an apt?” WTF?!
