465 not so private

I’m sure all the Jersey guys saw this but just a heads up.
I live in walking distance from 465- they broke ground on the mantua shipping center. The woods between 465 and wawa. You can now see the entire 465 house in clear view. Maybe this means nothing? Just giving intel since I’m local.

This just means in the short term the construction workers will take up some of the Monday thru Friday appointments. Ha!

Rumor is that 465 will be moving to a nearby, newer location at some point. Perhaps their location will be the next new development.

Interesting development. I am new to this site, but not to the hobby. 465 was definitely my favorite even though it was a bit of a hike from my residence. Can anyone suggest another place comparable to this one in SJ?
I am trying to save time while exploring this site. PM preferred but maybe it should be answered here for all to see??

I just rode bye the building. It's completely exposed. Now a place like 465 and Revitalization I would consider Under The Radar locations. I would never had known what happened behind the doors as they are not really advertised as a Spa and there's no real signage. What other UTR places are there in the Area

465 is not UTR, they have had LE issues before and the police know all about them. It's only time before the three properties there are absorbed by future development.
