Various trustworthy websites indicate that STIs can be passed through receiving BBBJ but medical professionals that I've spoken to tell me that it is extremely rare. I'm going to assuming that it is indeed possible but I'm wondering what people's real world experiences are. I read one poster who said he was a decades long monger, got hundreds of BBBJ and never had any issues.

So, if you're willing to share, what's your experience? How long have you been at this/how many people have you been with uncovered, and have you had any STIs? If so, how was treatment/recovery?

The bacterial STIs have evolved to infect the sex organs and don't infect the oral cavity very effectively. If the bacterially STI gonorrhea and Non-gonococcal urethritis are the only ones that infected the throat. But gonorrhea is very rare and ngu isn't necessarily an sti it can just be from normal bacteria in the month. Syphilis is possible but rare in the straight population. Oral herpes is a sight possibility but if you have had cold sores you are very unlucky to be infected in another location on your body. Not enough research has been done about oral HPV and for all practical purposes anyone how has sex will get some from of hpv but it usually goes away after a couple of months with a few varieties potentially causes cancer. I have had hundreds of bbbj and once had what the doctor thought was non bacterial prostatitis that he thought was completely unrelated to anything sexual.

I've received over 50+ bbbjs from civlian girls and about 20 bbbjs from AMP girls. Never got an STI or anything else.

Right after a BBBJ session with an AMP girl, I make sure I wipe my junior with sanitizer.

I have to counter Justin's stat's here. As a monger who's barebacked a lot of women in the last 20 + years of being a manwhore/monger, I get tested frequently and I've been very lucky to not catch anything. The hardest one to get in hetero male to female sex is HIV, especially for the giver. However, it only takes one which is why once PreP became free, I immediately opted for the prescription. The quarterly tests are but a minor inconvenience, but I lose wood whenever using cover.

In the instance of STI's, the most common in the US are Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Chlamydia, and Herpes. All four of these can be asymptomatic, and extremely easy to catch, whether you use a condom or not, that's why you can catch these in other places around your genital areas. The tests for the first three kinda suck since they require oral and rectal swabs which are not comfortable. The good news is they now have DoxyPep available which if taken after sex it will drastically reduce the chance of getting it.

The hard one and often stigmatic one is Herpes. There are four types of herpes that affect humans: chicken pox, shingles, HSV-1, and HSV-2, so if you've ever had any of these you may test positive for the antibodies, however, tests for HSV-1 and 2 are unreliable, particularly blood tests. I asked my physician why none of my STI panels ever included HSV-2, much less 1. He gave me a bunch of pamphlets which was basically a summary of CDC, WHO, and peer reviews that estimate 10-20% of the world population has HSV-2; the one most commonly known as genital herpes. It goes on to say HSV-1, the more common of the two is suspected that 50% of those between the ages of 18-55 are infected, and up to 80% in the US.

Needless to say I was pretty freaked out about this and insisted upon a test, but he said the only reliable test for either HSV-1 and 2 is with a genital/oral swab, but in order to do that I would need to have the symptoms, primarily the blisters or cold sores (for the mouth). Another stat says most people who have HSV-1 get it before they're 5, mainly because of relatives kissing them - I actually Googled this to confirm. The reason I mention HSV-1 is because it's even easier to get than HSV-2, but it is now been discovered that, while it's not technically an STI, HSV-1 can be passed from the mouth of someone with an active sore that gives you a BBBJ. HSV-2 can be passed through oral sex as well, but not as common. So it is now a misnomer to call HSV-1 exclusively an oral STD as they've found HSV-1 on genitals, but HSV-2 is known to be worse.

The important part to consider so that those of us who have BB'd women is that over 3/4 of those who have either HSV-1 or 2 are asymptomatic. So, based on the statistics alone, a large percentage of us have either HSV, whether through kissing, or through sex. We just never experienced the commonly known symptoms of painful sores, and pus. If you think using a condom protects us, think again. If any fluid from a sore touches any part of your genital skin or mouth, like when you make a girl cum, you've been exposed - hence why you can get it on your inner thighs and your rectum. Oh, and you can also get both on other parts of your body, including your eyes.

Now, I am neither a medical doctor or a medical professional - just passing on knowledge provided by my PCP, and also with discussions with family and friends who are in the medical field. Whether you wish to continue or start BBFS/BBBJ is up to two consenting adults. Is it possible to catch something - YES. Are most of them curable or at least treatable? Absolutely. But, whether you use a condom or not, you can catch any of them. Best thing to do is get tested at least every 3-6 months. I recommend going to your PCP since the results tend to come faster than having to wait nervously for 2-3 weeks for a clinic/planned parenthood. I also recommend PreP and DoxyPep whether you plan on using protection or not.

TL:DR - You can catch an STI whether you use cover or not. Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis and Herpes are the most common, and are often asymptomatic. The only way to guarantee to be STI free is to be celibate. Spend the time to Google it if you don't believe me. I wouldn't blame you as I didn't believe it either.

Bbbj and bbfs(bareback) do not have the same risks for STI. Oral is very low risk for some STI and no risk for others. Bbfs is much higher risk for all STI.

Thanks for those who shared their actual experiences. I know there are all kinds of websites and professionals I can get advice from. But what I'm interested in people's actual experience.

For the record, I've have CFS about 6-7 times, BBBJs 3 times, and DATY once. Never had any STIs including a very recent test.

Also, not sure about the above post saying they had to get rectal swabs and wait 2-3 weeks for test results but I recently went to Planned Parenthood (2 weeks after potential exposure), got tested for HIV (blood test) and Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Chlamydia (urine sample), and I got negative results within 1 to 2 days.

Maybe a bit of a telltale sign.... but is it a bad sign that no one on this board is ACTUALLY a medical professional that knows/experiences this stuff from that side? Is it that those years of education or treating of folks makes them a mutually exclusive group from folks who post on these boards? :)

FWIW kept in mind that this is a biased unrepresentative sample. All these experiences are true. I don't question that at all. But you can say the same about soldiers who have been through several battles. They are the ones that come back and tell the stories. You don't hear from the ones that didn't make it.

The other aspect is subculture. African Americans and Gay men account for a majority of reported STI transmission. 50% of black women have life long sti's according to the CDC. A lot of black men refuse to use any protection and their STD rates reflect that. Gay men are very similar. It's like gun crime. Subtract the 6 worst cities ( Detroit, Baltimore etc) and the rates drop tremendously. It would be interesting to see what the STI rates are for prostitutes as a segment of the population and if they are similar to gay men or other high risk groups. It would be good to know what rates are minus gay men and african americans, if that would drop the rates tremendously.

Apparently DoxyPEP is just a 200mg dose of Doxycycline (a common antibiotic). Regular Doxycycline is supplied in either 50mg or 100mg tabs. So taking a couple of 100mg Doxy after sex should be the same as taking one DoxyPEP. I believe that is correct. Would you concur KGL? Doxycycline or DoxyPEP is only to reduce the chance of contracting bacterial STDs! Chlamydia, Syphillis, Gonorrhea ... it will do nothing for Herpes or HIV. As KGL stated, you can take PrEP if worried about HIV.

Correct all around. Note that it may be less effective for gonorrhea, as about 25% of cases are already resistant to doxycycline.

Urine is one of the ways of testing, but if you want to get a thorough and accurate one, they do an oral swab, and a rectal one. It's required if you want to get PreP, and with certain providers you can get your results same day for urine and blood tests, and 1-3 days for the oral and rectal swabs.

I've barebacked every Kgirl, and the working girls that were my regulars, and never caught anything as well. Great thing about a lot of these kgirls is that they get tested fairly frequently, and my atf is also on PreP since it's free now

Folks, please do not take this advice. Speak to a medical professional. I actually took medical advice on this website and my primary care doctor was concern for me.

Prep is damaging to the kidneys. My primary care doctor told me not to take it since it’s not worth the destruction this pill does on you. No one on this website knows what’s best for you more than your primary care doctor.

I’ve contracted chlamydia from a k-girl once. I believe I know which one, and I never did BBFS with her or any others. She did rub my cock on her clit before covering me. She was also super slurpy with the bbbj as well. So not sure if it happened from that.
