Looks like you can also change the language of the website by clicking the menu on the top right corner and then clicking language to change it to English

I did call one number. It ended up being for Elona on Ocean Ave/Kings - she advertises. I am sure there is a lot of overlap between this site and other places like BP, etc.

being in this scene a lot some time ago i can say that in general most russians actually prefer non russians, some are even worried if you randomly start to speak russian
as far as that site goes i used it a while ago and it wasn't great but i figure i'll give it a go again
just wrote to one person and got a spam email back advertising for some kind of cam site
