There are two in Mahopac, VN spa next to the dog washing store and Horizon next to Chinese food. Too much traffic around, hard to be conspicuous, VN has two providers but rooms separated by curtains, YMMV, depends on tips, Horizon is just bad typical HE but cut you short on time and they only offer OTC if you want more UTC for instance, they as for $$, not worth it in my opinion.
