Hey there- I popped my AMP cherry in SF in 2011. I remember the AMP was near Union Square (I think) and had a green door. I also remember the provider was on the overweight side and was well known in the mongering community at the time. Does anyone know the place I am talking about? It has been so long ago and I moved out of the area after being in SF on assignment. I was reflecting on my time in SF and I was wondering if that place still exists today. I don't recall the street or the name of the place or provider. I am curious if the spot is still around and if the provider is still out there... Insight is appreciated!

I can't say anything about the provider just off your description.

But green door has been a great staple up until 2017 or 2018 when it closed. It briefly reopened later in 2018 as ABC spa but closed down again. After that, it was rumored to operate UTR in some other building in SF. Tiffany was one of the legends there.

Yes, that is the place! Once you open the door, there is a flight of stairs to go up to the main area, right? Wow. I cannot believe it. The provider was older and overweight. Dont remember her name. It was a good time. Thanks guys for refreshing my memory!

The other place I really miss in SF was House of Prime Rib. It used to be 3 weeks to get a RSVP there. Good times, I can't wait to come back some day...

Been to HoPR many times. Last time I tried to get in was couple years ago. They wouldn't give me a res until 2 months later for a party of 2! I did hear they donated the meat to the homeless after the 1st shutdown.
