Confirmed scam. Got the address and headed that way. Parked the car and texted for an apartment number. She said I couldn’t get the apartment number until I zelled or PayPal the money upfront. I told her no thanks and left.

Did they ask you where you are located before they gave their location ? My little experience with these scammers is that they ask where you are and then miraculously are in a location conveniently located. That should be a flag for an incall ad that doesn't include general location info in their ad and they start with asking yours. That normally follows with "stop and get a gift card and send me proof of it with a photo..."
