As much as I love Eva's, I've been in the mood for a good indy. Is there any on Staten Island that are worth it? I've also been curious to try a TS, but I'm super particular about crossing that road, so if anyone has any insight, I'd much appreciate it!

I’ve heard they are out there but people keep it to themselves. As they should, if it’s a nice setup between them - why mess it up. Hope to get one myself. Indy cheaper price and probably more intimate service, perks etc.
