Look at the ads and it has scammer written all over it. The verbiage is that of a Black escort. Only they talk that way. See ads written in a similar manner on Listcrawler and back on Backpage. I guarantee that you will not see a Thai or Latina when that door opens.

Where is it located? If the place closed down, people can use it as a reference point.
