I've been seeing their ads if I'm thinking of the same place. The one in Woodland Park? Thinking of going but the ad states 1.0 for the house and 1.0 for the provider right off the bat. Minimum 2.0 makes me question the level of service and how high the ceiling is price wise.

That's the place - quoted 1.8 hh and 2.0 hr as on the ad but the ad you are referring to has only the first pic that seems is real. The other pics seem borrowed from other postings on the site you're seeing the ads hence why I'd rather see a review before venturing to try out.... if I had more time then I'd TOFTT but i don't have time to waste if it's not worth it
