Best long lasting pills on the market?

What’s everyone’s recommendations when it comes to these pills. Which one is easiest to obtain and best for elongating the performance as much as possible?

I use Blue Chew, they offer all 3 ED meds. Easy physician "screening" and relatively inexpensive, mailed to you. I tried all and found Vardenafil, 8 mg, does the trick for me with less side effects than Viagra. I can get multiple hard ons over the course of many hours. One thing to keep in mind is these meds "help" you get and keep an erection. ED meds won't give you sex drive or the stimulation, hot young provider will do that ;-). My suggestion is to try more than one med and strength. It may be a pain but we all react differently to meds and you need to find the one that works for you.

Anytime. They all work but everyone responds differently. It took me a few months of trial and error to find the desired results. If you haven't done so check with your doctor for any contraindications to ED meds.

I took the inquiry as a recommendation for ED meds, which can allow one to stay hard longer. But you're right, he may be looking for something to delay ejaculation.

PE is mental. Sometimes you blow your load early. I'd focus on breathing exercises and getting over your anxiety.

Yes. It is mostly mental. I can think about it all day and finally book then blow in 5 min. Or sometimes I’m Superman and can’t finish once. I’ve tried not thinking about it to edging to unloading the gun but it seems that I don’t have much control over the mental.

Had a friend with the opposite problem - just couldn’t ejaculate. I was so jealous.
There are numbing creams you can put on your pecker, but you better wear a cover…
All the opioid meds give you staying power, but you really, really don’t want to get hooked on those.
I don’t believe there are any other chemical interventions on the market for PE. It would be a big money-maker.

I went the exercise route and it takes me usually between 25-50 mins depending on how quickly I feel like finishing / how hot she is.
