Almost anywhere in the northeast is similar to nj esp NY pa and de...those are well represented on this board too by way of reviews.
Otherwise a good thumb rule is to look for sanctuary states as in states that provide sanctuary to illegal immigrants. There are 11 such states in the country and those are typically very good for amps. California, Oregon, Washington state all are good.
And Vegas (where it's legal) and south Florida are pretty ok too...

I'm going to be a little pedantic here. While it is legal in many areas of Nevada, prostitution is not legal in Clark County, which includes LV. The closest legal brothels are in Nye County. It's also not legal in Washoe County (Reno) or Carson City. However, there is plenty of the illegal variety in those areas.
Not sure about Orlando since they shut down MM and New Day (wei wei in Miami was affiliated and shut down as well). Erica at MM was a superstar. Wonder where she landed.
Right now Central Jersey to me is by far the best bang for your buck. You can get a full on experience with a hot chick at numerous places for $160.

Really Albuquerque? I'm surprised bc I'm up in Denver and 99% of the AMPS are horrible - old, ugly and expensive. There are 1 or 2 spas with decent providers (rotating in from NYC or LA), but the house fees are generally $70/hour and the providers want at least $170 / $180 for full service and forget about BBBJCIM, haven't found a single provider (decent looking, not some pig) willing to do so for less than a $250 tip, if at all.
In order to get a decent looking Asian or Latina you have to go the independent provider route and that generally starts at $400/hour and they still may not be GFE. I'm not kidding, the expected pricing is at least 2x NY/NJ/Philly for less service...
