BGC PO Ghosting?

Really? I'm pretty much use BGC now every week more than once sometimes and the PO is legit very helpful. I have contacted this PO many times in a last minute situation and they always had options for me. I even canceled my appointment within an hour of start time because I had a flat tire. ANY OTHER PO would have lost their mind and gotten mad at me and threaten me. The PO was totally cool about it and I texted the next day and saw the girl.
