I took it to mean an actual good time, because too often porn stars that escort are just milking their fame and providing terrible service for even a low tier provider. They use there notoriety to real in one sucker after another while providing terrible service for absurd rates. There are of course those that deliver as promised, real porn star level debauchery and non stop action as seen on screen. I think that's what the OP is looking for the ones that deliver.
