My family has been living in LIC since 1850 ,when it was a German neighborhood, than about 1880 the Irish took over and about 1911 the Italian moved in and about 1950 came the Spanish. Now it is the Asian turn.About 55 percent of the population is Asian. It now has a Trader Joe's and a Testo as well as a few Asian restaurants.
It was a mixed zoning area, light manufacturing and housing mainly private home and three stories walk up.
Developers too over the area when it was rezoned about 20 years ago.

I think there used to be an AMP up at Queens Plaza. The place on Jackson Ave by the Chase Bank is legit.

Best location would be at Queens Plaza or over to the Queensboro Public Housing area

I've been working in court square area for a few months. I've noticed a lot of nice asian civilians I'm assuming living in the area. I'm not aware of any spas down here but I can be wrong. But, wow, a lot of eye candy.
I live in the area, and yes you can see a lot of Hot Chinese International students, most are clustered around Jackson Park a 3 tower 1,500 unit complex, and lot of Asian businesses opening up in the area as a result...Sometimes I feel like a minority as a white man walking down Jackson Avenue, lolz...

In terms of AMP's the area is completely dry, you would have to go North of the Bridge to Astoria, or Sunnyside, or Jump on 7 train to Midtown...,those would be the closest options...

There is/was a spot a block north of QBP. It was called Tokyo Spa. Don’t get fooled by the name. It’s Chinese. It might still be there.

There is another spot a little east of QBP, close to H-Mart/Popeyes on 34th Ave and 45/48 St. It’s actually 2 places but the same owner a couple blocks from each other called Mizo or LIC spa. No FS here.

I'm gonna try to check it out since I live across the street. Have you been there?
Haha brave for you to go to a place you’re so close to since someone might recognize you.

I haven’t been there in years. They were generally on the younger side (late 20/early 30) and did FS. Can’t say how it is now though. I did drive by a couple weeks ago and looks like they’re still in business. I think the full name was Tokyo Health Spa.

:D When you gotta go, you gotta go, but you're right. I'll report back if I build the courage to go.
