Ah CB you need someone to take care of you when you are old and gray.
El, I would be doing much better in my retirement planning if I was not doing so well in my mongering planning! My new financial goal is to be able to sustain my weekly visits in retirement!!! Honetstly, it could delay my retirement another few years, but the fun I am having is priceless!

I’d like to hear that conversation with your investments guy. Let’s see you need to pull out 200 each week for entertainment, and find a way so your wife never knows. Good thing there’s been little spa inflation the last 20 years. Maybe there’s some kind of annuity you can set up now with your favorite spa. 20k now, and you get weekly visits in perpetuity.

During 1992, 10-week vacation going West of LA to CA, (hit $11,000 jackpot in LV), North to Washington, East to South Dakota, and head South to LA in a 1995 Ford Explorer!

No blown Firestone tires during 10-week travel. That Ford Explorer made the round trip on Pike Peak mountain in Colorado!

Replaced 4 worn out Firestone tires to Michelin and replaced all disc pads after travel.

How did you travel in a 1995 Ford Explorer in 1992?

Duh! You are very correct! It must be 1997 travel with the 1995 Ford Explorer. Glad u caught it. Correcting myself during 1992. Now I remembered that I had a new job in 1992 and had stacations at home (mostly fishing for red drum on weekends when I can). All makes sense. Again, glad u caught it. Thanks!

Deciding whether or not to retire from the military or stay in longer. Stayed, so they moved me to the Midwest. That started many years of traveling around the country and having many enjoyable female adventures.
