I never thought this was an issue until a discussion I had with an indy provider last night. After handing her 4 $100 bills, she said she wanted something smaller. No one had ever said anything before to me. I felt like a toad. Are you guys mostly 20s? 50s? Is it a generation thing? Do AMPS care? Never had a mms say a word. Wonder if she was just an exception?
