I don't see indies any more, but the mere mention of the word "deposit" in an ad or on the phone would have warranted an immediate end to the interaction. Honestly, why argue with them? Why even contact them? You know you aren't going to gonna pay it and you know they aren't going to waive it. Life is too short and there are too many other options out there to waste one second fighting with a scam artist.

I had a provider ask for a deposit. She was a smoke show so I did some quick research and she was a model from Europe. I told her all this and she said she just moved to my area (lucky me!)
I then saw she posted a pic 12 hrs prior of her at a club in the UK. I tell her and she says she just landed. And I say you just landed and are escorting out of your sisters house immediately?? lol.
