I've texted with her a few times within the past couple of months, I've been trying to set up an appointment with her. However our times haven't been able to match up, so I haven't met with her yet. She should be active, last her and I messaged was only about 2 weeks ago.

So far, from my experience, she doesn't take same day appointments, because she has a steady roster and is mostly booked. So you would have to schedule an appointment a couple days or a week prior.
