Hey Gents, trying to understand why it’s worth it to give all those personal details. I understand times are tough right now, but a provider that has info like that on you, can’t that be eventually found by some 3rd party or used in another way? Personally I could never afford that. Just curious on motivation.

the info isn’t nothing but already public info.. identifies can’t be stolen from what you give them

Yes, public info, but doesn’t giving to them directly connect you with them? From a LE perspective or blackmail perspective? Agree identity theft is not an issue. I can’t afford anyone know that I would do this. Just trying to understand. Thanks

You have a point but agency’s like this have a proven track record with many clients probably even high profile ones. Regular joes shouldn’t be too concerned unless you have a six figure job and a wife and kids at home. Just my look at it

1) They only know my full name - which yeah, I suppose they can google to find out other info
2) I couldn't care less about (1). I have nothing to hide and nothing to lose.

So yeah, I suppose a married guy or someone in a position where being "outed" as a "monger" might do damage would be apprehensive, but not all of us are in that position -- and certainly not me.

Umm...I can understand the part about the wife and kids (alimony and child support), but what does your salary have to do with it?
Charlie Sheen (and God, do I hate using him as an example!) had an 8 figure job and he didn't seem to mind.
I would bet the vast majority of us here have 6 figure jobs - going by the fact that we are in the tri-state area and can afford this pastime.

I’m sure if you’re a ceo or director it’ll be frowned upon lol

Appreciate the responses. For me, do have a wife and kids so I have never gone the agency route. Stayed with low profile r&t places, probably no where near quality of agency types. But for me giving personal info is a major issue.
