Early Morning or 24h Spots Near Grand Central?

Can anyone suggest a spot to go to near Grand Central Station that is open at 7 or 8am? Does not have to be GFE.

I tried Jade45 awhile back and was not very happy with the attitude or service. Maybe it was a one off (I don’t recall the name of the provider).

Any other suggestions in the area?

I’ve been to New Rainbow (Emma’s place) at 7am, but I haven’t gone in a year. It’s a bit more of a walk, but 38 Mate is still 24 hours.
