Honestly guys, it's not rocket science.
1) If you are young (<50) and can get hard when waking up in the morning / masterbate, without any underlying health issues, but cannot get it up or maintain it when with a woman, then it's just a mind fuck. ED eventually happen to everyone (doing ugly chick, bad smell, work stress etc.. etc..), then every time during sex, you just keep thinking about that one time when you failed, fuck yourself up - self fulfilling prophecy. Just take viagra and get your confidence back so you can relax during sex, then slowly try get off the ED pill, if it fails again, take it again etc.. It's FDA approved and clinically proven with 20+ years of usage data to back up its safety.
2) If you are >50, it's just nature doing its work. Remember the saying: time - noone escape it alive. Same as above, but accept the fact it will always be softer compared to your 20s, and sometime even with ED pill it may still not work, and that you will never go like superman in your 20s. And that's ok
3) If you have other issues at play, like underlying health / hormone issues etc.. you need to see a good urologist, be honest, and get proper treatment. I would suggest find an older male urologist, trust me those guys have seen it all, there is no embarrassment.
Above all else, dont get sucked into those bullsht snakeoil treatments and "supplements" with god knows what inside (none of them are FDA approved or regulated they can tell you 1 thing on the box, and put acid inside, as long as you dont die, no-one will know or give a shit), it may make your dick hard like ED pills, but at what cost to your health, you will never know until too late.
