Does anyone here ever check their heart rate after a session? EPM Sharon had me at 107 BPM at rest, while Amanda got me to 122.

Seem to hover around high 50s to low 60s normally, but was surprised (or maybe not) to find that they had me in a state of excitement the moment I crossed the threshold.

Related to location tracking, even using things like Android Auto/Apple CarPlay can leave traces that could be harvested from your vehicle.

Medical professional here. If you are physically fit your heart rate can run on the lower side typically around 50’s or even high 40’s at rest. If your resting heart rate is above 100 then you have a heart problem and should see your doctor or you are very nervous. When you’re fucking then you can expect your HR to go as high as possibly 170 depending on how hard your goin.

It goes back to normal not long after exiting the premises. The lowest I’ve seen it is low 40s, assuming an accurate reading.

I generally wear my watch during sessions (except for table shower). I like to track calorie burning in general during any sort of exercise. I noticed my heart rate reached 152 recently during FS in Chinatown, with average for a 20 minute period at 111. I just find it interesting to keep track of.
