Malaysian spot near Broadway Park is really good. High Pearl is good for chinese too. They are right next to each other.

HK food court is good, directly across from Nancy's

81st street and Roosevelt has a bodega on the corner. If you go in the back of the Bodega, they sell tacos, so far best in NYC for me(last time I was there was almost 9 months ago).

Skillman and 52nd street, one block from 51-19 relax spa. There is a fusion Tibbetan place named Dawa, the most unique and one of a kind food in Queens. However, this place is crawled with couple and family. It is awkward to eat alone here.
