Resorts World Catskills has roulette tables on the second floor (VIP room) but the casino is not generous when it comes to giving points. The atmosphere here is much more quiet and relaxing than the first floor.

I usually go to Hard Rock at Atlantic City.

I would run, not walk, from any casino that charges a fee to enter. I have never heard of that.

Kridey is correct. they want you to win. they make garbage money and live on tips. if they make a payout mistake (which of course happens) it is more likely to be to YOUR benefit than the houses. If you turn 500 into 0 they get 0 if you turn it into 800 maybe you throw a quarter or a couple red birds on your way out (if you don't tip while you are playing). bottom line, dealers are rooting for you to win, not lose.
