Agree...parx is not a dump at all. I mean, it doesnt have the hotel attached (altho there are plenty of options nearby, for all $ levels) but it is clean and if you are a poker player, you will find tons of action tables.
Wind Creek is also OK, unlike parx it has the hotel - which is more like a hampton inn glued to the building so you have to walk a bit, not like a mohegan, foxwoods, or AC property where you are hopping on an elevator and getting off at the casino. .
