I have been mongering long enough to know that there are many spa girls that get old enough and tired enough to not want to do the daily grind of working at the spas, but have earned enough to be able to acquire an existing spa or start a new spa. If you have gone to enough spas, you can tell the difference between the mamasan owner, and the mamasan that is only there to cook, clean and maintain the spa. The owner-mamasan are the ones that will occasionally service a client that she formerly knew, or take overflow, or do a TS and start a massage while you wait for one of the other girls to get free. If it is an owner-mamasan, the girls know that the boss controls who gets the sessions and there will not be any issues. Some spas occasionally have one of the spa girls serve as the mamasan, but my experience has been that they are specifically told not to service the client when in that capacity.
