Your post just reminded me of something. Not the 1st time I’ve noticed this and It totally slipped my mind. I saw Baby/Babe last week. She took the condom off of me and walked over to the sink. I wasn’t paying attention but now that I’m thinking, she spent a whole lot of time with the water running and I just remembered the condom was laying on top of the sink, near the handles.
I’m wondering if she washed it and was going to roll it up again?
I noticed this same thing a couple years ago at Gold also.

They 100% reuse them. Not saying all of the, not saying all the time, but it's definitely done. You never see them opening a new one, do you? It's an additional cost to them. Realities of this hobby.

That's why you tell them to open a new one in front of you.. I started doing that when a girl brought one in that was already opened. It wasn't unrolled, but I didn't see her open it. They probably buy the 1000 case of them on Amazon for 100$
