I would not say that they are greek providers but I have a regular that will everytime she is on her period. I like it and sometimes I time it. : ) She will complain a little afterwords if I am too fast, deep or take too long. But we kiss and make up...Lately though, I have been looking for it with older pros and I have found that its just a matter of asking and there is no upcharge, meaning it just goes there. Seems to me some of the older providers are pretty much experienced and open to it. Do they like it? I think they take some pride in it but who knows?

I had two older providers "age out" of doing it. Both claimed their doctor told them to stop.
Not sure I believe them. I mean does this come up in an appointment under general health questions or were they having ass problems??

I am sure it can become too much but those who know how to do it right, it seems do no harm. This is all consensual of course. I imagine a forced situation can be tough. Happy to hear they see doctors.
