When you charge maintain good quality and unfortunately greed takes over and they think new customers will coming….this is unfortunate attitude of new SPA’s in market

Do I know for sure and should we speculate maybe not. But if they are relocating and not shutting down I would say it is a ' Plumbing Issue ' which has plagued so many other spas recently. I would think a stern warning if not an outright violation.
And as you guys all know we will never know the real reason but you will get ALL KINDS of reasons from the girls which absolutely none will be true. But the cheerleaders will swear that it is the word.
Many communities are pounding the pavement with health and license inspections.

There’s also the construction/remodel without a permit, which closed our favorite spot in Watchung for weeks. But like you said, we won’t ever get the real reasons. I hope this place reopens. I haven’t been but would like to try at least once.

Oh well….. can you see my crocodile tears?
I can’t but I know they are there.

“I would say it is a ' Plumbing Issue ' which has plagued so many other spas recently”. Which begs the question, where is @PlumberJoe when you need him?

Mostly no NJ massage license. . Also making sure the girls are not living at the spa
These are the low hanging fruit they go for first. The code book has so many regs it’s easy to find something that all businesses are in violation of. All they have to do is want to find something.

the "girls not living in the spa's" is a big issue. Since many do, even just for a few days a week, they also cook there and that is also a code violation if the site is not zoned for that. So yeah, there are many things the BOH's can go after with these places and sometimes do. All they have to do is walk around and see the closed rooms with the beds, cooking equipment, etc, or watch the place in the morning to see if the staff "shows up for work" before the place opens.
