I've found the blue pill helps me last longer as a side effect. I don't have to concentrate to stay hard when changing positions etc. and that lets me relax and go at it longer. Longer being in the 15ish min range.

The blue pill helped take the edge off maintaining an erection for me. So without being fully aroused I could stay in the game. In that respect it did allow me to last longer. But I was using recreationally, without any ED diagnosis. Dose is important, as I did not enjoy Viagra side effects. Last few years I've done better on 5mg of generic cialis. My advice would be to try different things until you find out what works best for you
Little head feeling is the same for me. It helped more during mediocre sessions, where I otherwise would've went limp at a lull in the session. Essentially I stayed hard with less stimulation. Not sure if I'm accurately stating this, but the same muscles used to keep my erection going also drive me toward ejaculation. you should ask try nitric oxide supplement, it really helps with erections (viagra basically improves the channels for nitric oxide)

that depends upon the person. some are able to keep it after, some don't. might depend upon the dose also, but you don't want to run the risk of priapism with too high a dose.
