Just to add one more thing that wasn't mentioned. Some of them have large outstanding debts that they are trying to pay off from back home. Whether it's their own personal debt or family member's debt (which in China, it might as well be considered your own debt, too.)
Yeah, these girls should only have to work one or two (max three) years to change their whole lives around. Although many of these girls are family-oriented and are just trying to make enough money to take care of them. But I don't know what's wrong with their execution. You do see many that have been doing this 5 or 10 plus years. Then again, many do not have the education of knowing how to make a few hundred grand in their possession work for itself and bring a lifetime of prosperity. Most of them are managing though.
I will say this. They make a lot of money. They save a lot of it. They send back a lot of it. But they also spend lavishly. It's like all those hours they work doing this is meaningless when they drop thousands on a designer bag or shoes. And these girls love to eat out every week. That's the only thing I'm willing to dispute them on. If this job is so "degrading" to them, how can they justify spending thousands on a material possession so casually? How do they justify to themselves penny pinching their customers (which most of their customers do not make near the money they do) if this is how much they make and this is how they're willing to spend it?
Anyway, just my two cents. I've been able to spend a good certain amount of casual time with providers and I've observed many things. Regardless, it's their life. They chose this path. And whatever comes along on that path is for them and only them to face and deal with.

One thought i have is to wonder what professions are really open to women back in China and Korea -- would some of these girls have been doctors, lawyers, real estate agents, whatever, if that was open to them? Certainly there are very hardworking and smart girls in these AMPS, and the ones who graduate to Mamasan are typical excellent managers. In this country there are other ways for smart people to earn a 6 figure income. Very uneducated post I admit...
To answer the OPs question, take a service level, determine their cut of the HF, add in the tip. Multiply that number by six and that is what most of them make per day. Multiply that by 21 days per month for 11 months and you have your annual total. Double the number for higher volume. Triple that number for higher service despite lower volume. Done.
TL;DR: 70/140/210 based on level of service. Tip them all well, and be happy with what you receive instead of being a cheapskate that complains about what they make.
