How to identify a shill?

I don't know about the stores you reference, but there are many many shops in my area where there might be three girls, and one is a superstar, while the others are meh or maybe above average but far far below the star. Reviews flow from that. Is one called Massage Marvels, they have two or three girls at any time, and while one is a 10+ and nice as can be, the others are far far less, and their reviews count and result are commensurate. Or Green Spa Plus, there is Tina, and then reviews for the other girls are basically non-existent. The girls exist, and I guess people see them because is often that store you have to wait your turn to get in, but hell if I see five reviews a year for the other girls, total.
For me, if a shop has several girls but there is only one who is a champion and the others are average or less, I never go there. I don't make appointment, I'm walk-in only, and am no going to get the lesser girls or wait around for the top one. Too many other awesome options to wait in line. And I only write a review on average every ten or so visits, doesn't mean I'm shilling those girls, it's just those specific visits warranted sharing the intel. Am no going to write a review for generic Chinese lady who gives generic service and I left averagely happy. I write review when girl or shop is fucked up or when menu changes or when new girl is awesome and my pals need to know that this shop is no shitty anymore or whatever. Can be any of these items.
Real shilling is as @User826 says, when one guy says a girl is a slamming 10 or 11 and does BBanal for ten bucks, while the forty other reviews say therapeutic only and she's an ugly lady who uses her elbows.

OP, as you're basically asking and implying the same thing in this thread and that latest Kylie review thread.... I'll copy and paste part of my reply with additional thoughts.
I've seen plenty of reviews for the other SL/DDY girls here and on the other major boards. Pertaining to the two girls you're singling out, perhaps they are really good at what they do, and therefore have a few more reviews than their counterparts because our fellow mongers are excited to share what a great time they had with said girls. Seems perfectly rational and logical.
The very best and most popular girls, such as Kylie & Fairy in this instance, don't need shills. Sure, they have their adoring fans and repeat clients, but they certainly don't need anyone shilling for them. The praise for them is pretty universal across the board. Unless you're under the impression they somehow have an army of shills working on their behalf.

Before you trust anybody's reviews, check to see all of his other reviews. If you see no reviews for any girls except numerous reviews for girls of just one shop, that's usually an obvious indication that it's a shill. Also, compare the writing style and terminology of multiple reviewers, because sometimes the shops just register their own fake IDs and they write phony reviews under multiple IDs, but they're always almost identical in their wording. They also can't seem to resist sounding like a marketing tone in the way that they usually end them with something that sounds much more like what a shop would say than a real client just sharing his positive experience.
That’s the difference: the shills post only about one shop and all the reviews are always extremely positive. I don’t see it here very much, but there are a couple of very obvious ones on two other review sites for two particular agencies, including one guy who eventually announced that he’d been shilling, because he apparently didn’t get whatever he’d been promised for his services.
I usually do not constitute a person as a shill because they only post about one shop (even though I think I know who you are talking about on the other forum. Only post about 36 Dream Spa) but I tend to ignore their reviews because I feel that if they are not a shill, their reviews are not objective and are heavily biased because they are a fan of the shop.
