So true. They are very rare now. Best I had in a while was an American stripper, Tara, a few years back. She use to work at G2K and a few places in the city. She already had natural big D cups but they were too uneven so she got implants after a few months of stripping. God bless her good sense. 99% of ladies in her situation go for the reduction.
Tara's rack was killer to start and definitely better after. Very perky with and amazing shape and projection but with a natural feel, jiggle and overall movement. Close to, like a Giselle Rolon type of look but maybe not quite as big and not saggy, tighter looking overall. There was so much natural material to start with that you only fealt the implants if you really really made a point to feel for them. Alas she left years ago, apparently big tits are way more popular in other areas of the country and she was making way more in clubs in Florida and Texas so she moved. Sigh.....

Just a word of caution. Ive seen this mentioned a few times by different guys on the board. I know we all have our opinions about surgery and trans folks.
My only advice is don't use implants and surgery as the litmus test if you are. Between hormone therapy and a few changes in habbit a trans person can grow their own natural set of breast, lose unwanted body hair, or get supple naturally feminine looking skin. If this a big concern for you, you may have to look for things like bone structure, wide chest and sholders. Disproportionate hands and feet for her size. Adams apple can be tricky because we actually all have one but not everyones is pronounced. Men tend to have larger ones obviously but women also have them they just arent normally as pronounced. Vice versa for some Men and small or non visible Adams apples. Its just a matter of how the larynx develops around the thyroid so any number of factors could contribute there. In any case, Ive been seeing this mentioned so much more than usual lately. I can't imagine people haven't had these concerns before but it just seems to be coming out in peoples posts alot lately.

Voice 100% almost forgot about that. They can pretend to be a falseto all they like but that talking voice is a dead give away. I dont know if you guys remember a Gizelle that use to advertise as high end, for years she was here until guys started blowing up her spot calling her out for not admitting to being trans. Her proportions already made her suspect but when she finally got on Social Media posting short vids of her talking, that voice became a dead give away. She had to move out of NYC.
