Spas usually have a pretty standard level of service that customers learn to expect. How do the owners communicate that to new girls? Before they join? After they arrive? Do they teach/train inexperienced girls to make sure they are up to house standard? If there are customer complaints about service (not one off bad session, but girl just doesn't have the attitude or skills for what that spa expects), what happens?
The owners will tell the new girls the services that they offer and how much tips they charge. Such as CBJ, BBBJ, CIM, facials, CFS, anal, etc... Every girl is not required to do the full menu, but she is told this is what customers expect, and how much the rates are. If a garage too many limitations, but if she only wants to do a handjob, then this place might not be for her. The prices are usually the same, regardless on if the girl was hot or not.
As far as training, they may do a double massage to a guy, if the girl needs help giving a massage. Or give a massage to one of the other girls. As far as training for sex, I wish they did that lol
If a customer has a bad experience because of the lack of her enthusiasm, they will usually promise the next visit will be better. They say upon the next arrival, to tell them about the previous bad visit when they arrive, so they can serve them better for the visit.
Even though these girls care about a lot money, they definitely want the guy to be happy when he leaves, so he will return. But that's at this spa, I know all places are not like this based on my personal experience.
