Gallagher’s was the downmarket place I went and got a private dance with a girl who was willing to give a handy when the coast was clear. No guarantees. And Google says it’s not open until 4pm

For lunchtime fun, you could try Flashdancers on W45 bw 8th & 9th, but the private rooms are ridiculously expensive, and they’re too ymmv by girl. In my experience, the later in a shift you go, the more likely to find dancers who are already drunk and less inhibited. At Flashdancers, that means trying around 4 or 5pm (for the girls working the noon-8pm shift) or 11pm-midnight (for those working 4p-midnight or 8pm-4am). In all cases, you’ll want to butter up the host with drinks and tips and tip the hostess to leave you alone. All of that on top of the $400 for the room, and that’s why I just aim for the opposite — an amp or Indy who indicates competence at lap dance.
