In my humble opinion, if you are looking based purely on technique, Pat is a good choice for both. She can combine both into a 60, 90, or 120 minute session. Her L Technique can involve a good amount of edging if you let her know that is what you desire. She will take you to the edge a number of times. At least for me, the finish was powerful and draining.

I am sure currently, however in the past Pat did a good job of combining the 2.
