The Philly VIP appears to be down. Wonder if they are making an exit?

Agencies are still being wary of the LE problems in Boston and NOVA. the same girls that worked at those places cycle through Philly too. Philly VIP was still growing their business so they are probably more dependent on new customers. EPM and CP are not taking any new customers just to be careful. No one wants and undercover LE to get in.

Apparently I contacted Philly VIP a week ago and they're not taking a new customer. Even though I went through screening with them. Phil says they are taking only returning customers.. They will take new customers next month which means in December.. This is the info I've got last week. And now this happens..

Re MA/NoVA, the Feds were aware of agency screening and resorted to surveillance stakeouts, using the assistance of local LE to pull over and identify the players involved. Here's hoping PVIP re-emerges after the holiday break.

Disappointed i never got to see Suzie. She seems to be spending most of her time in North Carolina and DC. Wonder if some of the other popular providers will loop back thru epm.
