Hand and stone is more concerned with draping than doing a good, legit massage. They’re not even allowed to massage your hood or buttocks. So how the FUCK are you getting any benefit for things like lumbar or hip arthritis, and sciatica? American trained massage therapists are not even permitted to climb up on the table either. I LOVE it when they kneel with their knees on either side of my head, and put all 100 lbs into my sore and aching old body! Hands go on her calves, without any “inappropriate” contact, with ZERO objections, because it’s just a comfortable place to put them , vs dangling down beside the table. Try THAT with some uptight American bitch!

I've had independent (i.e., American) massage therapists that hit all the muscles (except one, of course). But it's the exception. Most therapists aren't very good period. In my experience, the skill level at Hand and Stone/Massage Envy is hit or miss, mostly miss. My hamstrings are basically made of concrete so it takes a skilled masseuse to work out the knots. When you find a great therapist you hold on for dear life.
Reflexology Bala Cynwyd, ask for Meeka. I'm made of concrete myself, and she's one of very few who could even help a little. She has a cousin, Jessie, who's even better. Jessie used to work at Meridian Medica, in center city, but has since moved, I believe to NE Philly.
There are quite a few reviews here about Liang in Roxborough. The reviews I've read indicate that all the women there give good massages and no extras are available with any of them, but Lisa is the only one I've had there who is a hottie as well. Lisa is great looking with a great body and in her mid twenties. HF is only $35.

I did not say that there were "hotties" there, I said that Lisa was hot. Her massage was great and she meets the requirements of the OP, "Looking for a no extras decent massage by attractive young asian women." The DIY issue is not relevant because the original post was not interested in extras. I've seen one other women there and she was not much to look at, but the massage was also very good.
