I drove past Yang Yang this morning and there is a "For Sale" sign on the lawn. I seem to remember that happening somewhere before and we didn't lose an amp. I'm hoping that we don't lose one this time.

I think that is where I saw one before. The last amp that I saw change hands it was handled privately. That makes the sign a little worrisome. Maybe a new owner will ramp up the service. There is always hope.

Place has been for sale for a few years now, sign has always been up.

The for sale sign has been there as long as I can remember. It was there months before the pre covid lockdown.

I drive by there 2 to 3 times a week. I do tend to focus on the red neon but a large red, white and blue sign near the front of the lawn is a little hard to miss. It is what it is. Time will tell. Just hoping we don't lose another spa.
