I get this if I use vpn server in Netherlands or Japan, but not with US server. Previously, I've also seen some half hidden message about checking your VPN, but can't see it in latest.

So, I'm guessing the LSC website doesn't allow foreign IP addresses, maybe to avoid legal issues unique to country, foreign server disruptions, hacking, etc.

I've seen reverse where I can't see escort pics on Canadian Leos List with US ip.

Suggests with no VPN, you are on a non-US ip address. If you can control vpn server location, try a US vpn server.

The site has always been ok, but if it sees a query from a non-US ip address it sends back a whole page of
