Holistic Spa in Revere a few minutes from the Boston Logan airport. Standard service only I repeat standard service only, but massage quality is high, piping hot steam room, sauna, table shower. You get a full hour massage on top of the sauna and steam room as long as you want. It's a great spa. I go whenever I am in the area. Back on the old spahunters site I gave it a 5 star review.
How far are you willing to roam? I’ve only been with UTR girls right in Worcester. RI is 45 minutes away. Framingham has a couple spots 30 minutes drive. But it also depends what you’re looking for.
Sadly the moderator petulantly refuses to create forums for New England, so it’s difficult to share information, and most new Englanders are moved on to other forums. I only check here intermittently.

I’ve been in 4-5 of those Worcester spas. Hence my rationale to wander further. But maybe I’m just odd. I either look for great massage, or young girls providing FS. Maybe the OP wants 50 year old women with poor massage skills and sub-par unenthusiastic standard service. I could help with that too, in downtown Worcester.
Going from memory here but there are 2 spas at 28 Harrison. When you go upstairs, and go down the hall, the spa to the right has a TS and girls in their 30's that provide basic relaxation.
You would have to find the number of the spa to the left to get in for more advanced services. I think that one advertises on AS/AL.
There are a few spas on that block, but not with a TS. Lots of options as you'll be in the middle of Boston's Chinatown.
If you have time for a bite to eat, "The Q" has the best Hot Pot in that area. I enjoy it as much as the food spots Flushing.
