You know that can backfire when no one buys from us because our prices are too high? The Global supply chain includes raw materials, and right now they can outbid us, so even if we wanted to, we can't make stuff without those raw materials.

Nope. I don't think the situation is so black and white that we can solve the trade deficit by cutting off trade with China. We should pull back on the amount invested there, and start investing here more though. 2017 and 2018 were the highest amount of investments made there by the US.

I am not suggesting it is happening - who is flying to Italy with masks and ventilators? China. Who landed planes in the USA with masks , PPE and ventilators China. When this is over it is China who will be the world leader in many countries eyes , which makes sense as to why they unleashed this bioengineered virus in us, no one will convince me otherwise . They have been playing with bat virus for 20 years .

None of us were forced to use them. All of us can easily maintain this hobby with non-Asian providers. You can choose to just not use them any more.
