It's kinda interesting getting an idea what others are spending to scratch the itch even though I'm sure some tend to exaggerate. What I don't understand is why anybody would talk about their annual income on a less than private site.

Given the range of topics this specific board revolves around, I am surprised anybody would have an issue loosely mentioning their income bracket. Lol

I'd bet there's a good chance if you wrote it off as a medical expense, they wouldn't catch it...

Need to spend more I guess - mine is about $3000-3500 per year and I am in the same range as you and others.

I think it is ok to stick with an amount and frequency that makes you comfortable,

20K, but I consider it a health expense. If companies offered AMP insurance as part of your health package Im sure a lot of employees would have stronger physical and mental well being.

I did not go to any AMP in last 1 and half year and earlier also 1 or 2 times in a year. May I know what you guys age range. I am Between 35-40.
