The current issue now is it may be transmissible by respiratory droplets. So don't get coughed on or sneezed on by someone with it. If you do get it you can just use that excuse.
Fortunately, once it has advanced to lesions the person would be in no condition to be working as a provider so the sexual transmission component shouldn't be an issue for most of us. Once lesions appear, which are contagious, the person will be experiencing a horrible flu/chicken pox/mono like sickness. No way they'll be going to work.
So far no cases in PA. I'll start to get a little concerned then, but just a little bit.
