Concur with @kgirler 100% and that is the way it is with providers who were busted and guilty by the court with or without adr program in a state not to return to the same busted state, but work for another parlor in another state under a different name.

Hopefully she was successful enough to retire. She worked very hard for many years, even before she was a fixture at 777.
