Your window will be tight, since you arrive at 10pm and fly out at 12pm the next so it might not be worth it unless you're really horndoggin. Since you're in an AMP forum, the San Mateo area has a lot of orgs for kgirls you can try to contact (about 10 minute drive south from SFO). In your case try to set up an appointment in the morning, but the earliest available appointments are usually 9am.
The guy said he lands at 10pm and his flight is at noon the next day. Don't know where you guys saw two hours.
With that said, it's still tight on time. You probably won't be able to see girls after you land, unless you are willing to pay for an Uber to SJ for late night snack which likely would have to be Alpacas.
